Sgtrength and Conditioning is a vital part of martial arts training, and leading a healthy life. Strength and conditioning isn't just about spendning hour pounding the treadmill but is a challenging way to learn how to use your body to its full potential and is one of the best ways to get, and stay in shape.
Our Stregnth and Conditioning classes are run by Henry Singh, a qualified Stregnth and Conditioning coach as well as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Player. Henry also offers sports massage and rehabilitation for those suffering from sports injuries, and looking to get back into sport. Consulations can be arranged at reception.
Henry is Deputy Head of Strength and Conditioning at Sutton Tennis Academy, and has worked with the Welsh Judo Association and Cardiff Metropolitan University.
