Service Description

MMA is a full-contact martial arts system that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground. It is a complete test of martial arts knowledge and combines techniques from various different disciplines. You must be 16 or over to participate in this class. If you have your own boxing or mma gloves please do bring them along as we have limited equipment to lend for trial classes only.
