The Gauntlet Team are excited to pronounce One Champion Fighter Jeff Chan A.K.A MMA Shredded, jumping off your screen and onto our mat for a thrilling three hour counter fighting seminar. Spaces are limited, and are open to all teams so drop us an email or click the link below  to book your space.

Make friends, have fun and enjoy some great technical training and tough rolls in our second Kids Only BJJ Competition Open Mat, open to Little Warriors from any team. ​

Make the most of your Easter Break! Give your teen (13-17 years) the opportunity to learn self defence skills essential for the modern world in our four day Easter camp. Join Total Krav Maga's Nick Maison every morning 10-11am Monday 30th March- Thursday April 2nd. This is a free activity funded by Ealing Council and the Mayor of London, visit our booking page to secure your spot.
