Service Description
Our Boxing classes are the perfect way to complete your striking and stand up game. Join coaches Stu, Jay and English Welterweight Champion Samuel Antwi, for action packed classes working on technique, footwork, power and fitness. You must be 16 or over to participate in this class. If you have your own boxing gloves please bring them as we have a limited number available for trial classes only.
