Service Description
MMA is a full-contact martial arts system that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground. It is a complete test of martial arts knowledge and combines techniques from various different disciplines. To participate you must: - Be 16 years old or over - Have some grappling experience (alternatively you will have to attend the BJJ Introduction first) - Have garments without pockets and zippers If you have your own boxing or MMA gloves please do bring them along as we have limited equipment to lend for trial classes only.
