Service Description
Muay Thai (Thai boxing) is a combat sport native to Thailand which uses stand up striking along with various clinching techniques. it is known as 'the art of 8 limbs' and is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. If you have your own boxing or Muay thai gloves, please bring them with you as we have a limited number available for use in trials only.
