Whether you enjoy freestyle wrestling in it's the purest form or are looking to improve your skills in your BJJ or MMA game our coach, former team GB wrestler Wali Abdullah has the knowledge and experience to guide you. To participate you must: - Be 16 years old or over - Have some grappling experience (alternatively you will have to attend the BJJ Introduction first) - Have garments without pockets and zippers If you have your own wrestling shoes please do bring them along as they provide crucial feet protection for this discipline.
